Products

Amezoni sells natural crystals and related products. Natural crystals are unique. Color, shape, weight, size, inclusions, mineral patterns, texture, and surface characteristics may vary from piece to piece.

Natural variation is part of the character of these products and is not considered a defect.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, sizes, and colors accurately. However, screens, lighting, photography, and natural variation can affect how a product appears.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability, payment confirmation, fraud review, shipping feasibility, and acceptance by Amezoni.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order if:

• the item is unavailable;
• payment cannot be verified;
• shipping information is incomplete or incorrect;
• the destination cannot be serviced;
• the order appears fraudulent or high risk;
• a pricing, inventory, or product information error occurs;

If we cancel an order before shipment, we will refund the amount paid through the original payment method.

International Shipping

Amezoni ships internationally from Brazil. Shipping is subject to carrier availability, customs rules, destination restrictions, and the information provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, import processing, carrier operations, weather, remote delivery areas, missing information, or other events outside Amezoni's control.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Charges

Amezoni does not collect import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges. These charges are not collected by Amezoni at checkout and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned because duties or taxes were not paid, or returned because delivery could not be completed, any outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, courier fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or related costs charged to Amezoni may be deducted from any refund.
