Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Amezoni Crystals.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.

To start a return, contact us at info@amezonicrystals.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns must be approved by Amezoni before the item is sent back. After a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in the same condition in which it was received;
  • unused, unaltered, and undamaged after delivery;
  • returned with its original packaging whenever possible;
  • packed securely for international return shipping.

Natural crystals are unique by nature. Variations in color, shape, size, texture, inclusions, mineral patterns, and natural surface characteristics are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

  • gift cards;
  • custom, personalized, or special-order items;
  • final sale, clearance, or discounted items marked as final sale;
  • items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without adequate packaging;
  • items returned after the approved return window;
  • orders for which Crystal Credit, cashback, store credit, reward credit, or a similar benefit generated by that purchase has already been used toward another purchase.

Crystal Credit and Cashback

If your purchase generates Crystal Credit, cashback, store credit, reward credit, or a similar benefit, that order cannot be returned or refunded after the generated credit has been used toward another purchase, unless required by applicable law.

If a return is approved before the generated credit is used, Amezoni may cancel, reverse, or deduct the value of that credit from the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary returns, including change of mind, personal preference, or expectations related to natural variation, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by an Amezoni error, such as the wrong item being shipped, or by confirmed shipping damage, we will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for international returns. Amezoni is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, damaged, or held by customs on the way back to us.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Amezoni does not collect import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges at checkout.

Any duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or similar costs paid by the customer are not collected by Amezoni and are not refundable by Amezoni. Depending on the destination country, the customer may be able to request a refund of import charges directly from the local customs authority.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned because duties or taxes were not paid, or returned because the delivery could not be completed, any outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, courier fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges charged to Amezoni may be deducted from any refund.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at info@amezonicrystals.com within 48 hours after delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • clear photos of the damaged item;
  • photos of the outside of the shipping box;
  • photos of the internal packaging materials;
  • a photo of the FedEx shipping label;
  • a short description of the issue.

Please keep the item, box, packaging materials, and label until we finish reviewing the case. Do not send the item back unless we instruct you to do so.

Depending on the case, Amezoni may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable resolution. Shipping damage claims may require cooperation with FedEx or another carrier.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment provider.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and return shipping costs are not refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by Amezoni.

Exchanges

Because many Amezoni pieces are unique, exchanges are subject to availability. If you want a different item, contact us and we will help you review available options.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.
