Air freight: 2-10 business days. Maritime transport for large shipments (containers): 20-35 business days. Processing time is typically 2-5 business days. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments.

No paperwork on your end. We complete every export document from Brazil — commercial invoices, certificates, and customs declarations. FedEx clears the package through your country's customs automatically. If any local import duties apply at delivery, FedEx notifies you — nothing complicated, even on a first international order.

Every crystal is individually wrapped in protective foam, placed in reinforced boxes with custom cushioning. Large geodes receive wooden crating. We engineer our packing for long-haul international transit.

Every specimen in our catalog comes from our own Trapiche mine in the Amazon or from our partner mines across Brazil. Because we run the chain end to end, we can confirm origin for every piece. Just note it at checkout or reach out after your order. We'll share the origin information for each piece.

The Certificate of Origin is issued on request. Add a note in your order notes at checkout saying you'd like a Certificate of Origin, or contact us within 1 week after your order ships. We send it as a PDF.
