Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Amezoni Crystals.

International Shipping

Amezoni ships internationally from Brazil. Orders are shipped with FedEx or another carrier selected by Amezoni when needed.

We currently sell internationally. Shipping availability depends on the destination country, carrier service availability, customs rules, and product restrictions.

FedEx Pickup Schedule

FedEx collects shipments from Amezoni every Wednesday.

Orders are prepared and packed before the next available pickup whenever payment is confirmed, the item is available, and all required shipping information is complete.

After FedEx collects the shipment, estimated delivery is usually 2 to 10 business days worldwide. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after pickup, but delivery times can vary.

Shipping estimates do not include delays caused by customs inspection, import processing, weather, carrier disruptions, remote delivery areas, missing customer information, unpaid duties or taxes, or other events outside Amezoni's control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, package dimensions, carrier availability, and selected service.

Because crystals can be heavy, fragile, or irregular in shape, shipping cost can vary by item and destination.

Delivery Address and Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, email address, and phone number.

FedEx or local delivery partners may require the recipient's phone number, signature, tax ID, import number, or additional information for customs clearance or delivery.

Amezoni is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return fees, or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Charges

Amezoni does not collect import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges. These charges are not collected by Amezoni at checkout and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery.

If the customer refuses to pay import charges, refuses delivery, or does not provide required customs information, the shipment may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed. Any outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or related costs charged to Amezoni may be deducted from any refund.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Carrier tracking can take time to update after pickup.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, contact info@amezonicrystals.com within 48 hours after delivery.

Please keep the item, shipping box, internal packaging, and FedEx label. Photos of all packaging and the damaged item are required for review and carrier claim support.

Do not discard the packaging and do not return the item unless Amezoni instructs you to do so.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or if your package appears lost, contact us at info@amezonicrystals.com. We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier when needed.

Delivery delays caused by customs, carrier operations, or missing recipient information are outside Amezoni's direct control.

Restricted Destinations

If we are unable to ship to your destination because of carrier restrictions, sanctions, customs rules, product restrictions, or operational limitations, we may cancel and refund the order before shipment.
